The Jane Lee Team, It is with heartfelt gratification that this letter is written……… On behalf of my wife Dorie and I, we would like to thank the Jane Lee Team for helping us in ur most recent move from Morton Grove to Gurnee, IL. It was in the 11th hour of trying to sell our home by owner when we learned about RE/MAX. We had been looking for a home to buy in the northern suburbs, something bigger and better, when Dorie cam across your web page. Apparently, a particular home really struck her, so she called the office to schedule an appointment to see the house. A nice fellow by the name of Donny proceeded to show us home after home, but alas, “wasn’t like the one in the picture”. To make a long story short, we sold our home on our own, found the home we were looking for and at a comfortable price. This was our first move together as a family and really caught us off guard at how “at will” and resourceful your team was in helping us move. Mind you, I am not being cynical, just pleasantly surprised! Your team had much more to offer than what we would have ever expected. We were welcomed to moving boxes, free usage of a moving van? (never heard of that one before) and even the himself Donny Mortier, lent me a hand when my resources were coming to an end by helping me unload the van at what is now our new home. Usage of the van was truly a blessing. Isabel made it so easy to coordinate picking up and dropping off the vehicle, I felt like it was at my beckoned call. From the office secretary to Isabel, to a team member named Jack; all were instrumental in exceeding our expectations. We are simple folks and, I suppose, easy to impress at times. In closing, we have never been treated with such courtesy coming from such a big company. I guess we all get lost in the stigma of “apathetic customer service” when it comes to helping out each other in time of need when we need it the most. Not so with your office Ms. Lee. Be it known we will recommend your office to any future contact and spread the good word of how cooperative everybody was. May you all be commended on such a fine display of effort.
